🥥 Sri Lankan Dhal Curry (Parippu)

Ingredients:

  • Red lentils

  • Onion, garlic

  • Curry leaves, turmeric, mustard seeds

  • Coconut milk

Steps:

  1. Boil lentils with turmeric until soft.

  2. In another pan, temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, garlic.

  3. Combine with cooked dhal, add coconut milk, and simmer.
